TM34 Bide technique

TM34 is Bide, a normal technique. Bide is 100% accurate and has 10 PP. The user waits for several turns. At the end, it returns double the damage it received.

If your opponent does bide, try reducing its defence or increasing your attack. If you don't damage it, you won't be hurt.
