Ice Beam

Numbness shot through his fingers, followed closely by a layer of ice that stuck painfully to the palm. With a roar of anguish, he tensed, screaming as the power burst from his hand and shattered through the air. The temperature dropped instantly, his ragged breath escaping as steam into the crisp air.
