As Web Content Master I held a pivotal role in overseeing the direction of all web applications. Most frequently this involved negotiation with clients — who usually come with a particular solution already in mind — to determine their needs and devise innovative solutions — everybody wins!
User needs are the other factor driving improvements to existing applications. An important aspect of Web Management Service's role is to represent the user. From user requests, analysis of user logs and my own knowledge of interface design, I initiated many tasks to enhance usability.
